Sloane Biddle Named MVC Golfer of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Sophomore women's golfer Sloane Biddle has been named Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Golfer of the Week as announced by the conference office on Thursday.   This is the fourth time she has won the award. 

Sloane earned the honor after finishing tied for 15^th at The Judson held this week in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  At the event she carded a 54-hole score of 220, which included a final round 69, which is the lowest 18-hole score by a Bruin this fall.  

She has now posted top-15 showings in all four events she has played in this season, including two runner-up finishes.

For the season, Biddle leads the team in scoring with a 73.4 average.  

The women's golf team will be back in action this Friday-Sunday at The Robbie Invitational in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.
