Connor Cleary begins his third year as assistant director of athletic video operations.

Cleary is no stranger to the Bruin program, having spent two years contributing to Belmont's live event video production division for ESPN+ and ESPN3, as well as amplifying the Bruins' creative content and social media presence.

"We are excited to expand Connor's role within our video production arm," Corley said. "Connor's expertise in and dedication to video storytelling will enhance our ESPN campus productions, broaden our reach on social media and elevate our gameday presentation within the Curb Event Center."

Working under the direction of director of athletic video operations Christian Sadler, Cleary will take a leadership role in Belmont's presence on ESPN digital platforms, while supporting in-venue videoboard fulfillment, producing creative content for social media and ensuring quality control for linear television broadcasts and gameday operations such as DVSport instant replay and coaches' tape exchange.

The Indianapolis, Indiana native has also served a number of video production roles within Nashville Soccer Club, the Nashville Predators, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, Indianapolis Indians, the Missouri Valley Conference and Ohio Valley Conference.

Prior to his arrival at Belmont, Cleary served as a four-year crew member for the University of Evansville, handling numerous production roles for Evansville's presence on the ESPN family of networks.

Cleary has also contributed to numerous linear shows, including CBS Sports productions such as the NCAA Division II Final Four and National Championship.

Cleary earned his bachelor's degree in communications with a concentration in history from Evansville in 2021. He recently completed his master's degree in sport administration at Belmont.
