Pierce Smith is a first-year development assistant for the Bruin Club.

He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2024 with a B.S. in Sport Management. Smith spent his undergraduate tenure as an intern with UT’s athletic event management department. In this role, he assisted with planning, setup, and facilitation of UT athletic events, coordinated catering schedules, and served as a liaison for game officials. Smith took on leadership responsibilities as a student operations lead for softball, volleyball, and men’s basketball events and served as Assistant Tournament Manager for on-campus NCAA postseason tournaments in softball and volleyball.

He is currently pursuing his Master of Sports Administration at Belmont where he also serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Department of Exercise Science.
